Make sure that you have eaten within 2-3 hours of your training session and that you are well hydrated. Training on an empty stomach, with low blood sugar or in a dehydrated state will not allow you to perform at your best. Please also avoid putting moisturising cream on your body as it prevents the best transmission of the suit impulses.
You may wish to shower after your session in which case, with COVID-19 protocols, you should bring your own towel.
When you arrive for your first session we will assess your physical condition and invite you to identify any fitness goals.

allowing unlimited sessions during your 12 month membership with the condition that they cannot be taken more frequently than every third day.
Gold membership entitles a member to 52 EMS fitness sessions taken over twelve months. These sessions can be scheduled once a week at a member's convenience.
Our Silver membership is the best option if you have a specific fitness goal and are prepared to dedicate a block of time to achieve the result.

Bronze memberships suit those that only wish to have one EMS session per week but over a more limited period
It entitles a member to 26 EMS fitness sessions taken over six months. These sessions can be scheduled once a week subject to the three day exclusion.
We are offering free introductory fitness sessions to allow you to have an EMS experience for the first time. In this session we will discuss your health objectives and explain exactly what the session will entail. We will also go over the contraindications that might prevent you from enjoying the experience. This is an $80 value at absolutely no cost to you.
It takes more than one session to experience the fitness benefit of EMS so we offer a three session pack for a $99 fee. This is only available for new clients and is a discount of $140 from our per session charge. These sessions need to be taken within a three week period in order to demonstrate the return. This package can also be taken as one-on-one with our trainer at an additional cost of $100.
Casual fitness sessions must be booked and paid for a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
If the booking is cancelled with less than four hours notice the payment is non-refundable
The VIP package is intended for those that require a fitness program designed to meet their specific needs. These needs could include rehabilitation after an injury or due to physical disability. Participants will have a dedicated trainer that will work with you for the duration of the program.
The program will include a minimum of ten sessions with no maximum with each session charged at $79. A twenty session program is also available at $75 per session.
